The bay is odd shaped but it isn't completly oval and I've noticed that the cr's seem longer than aa's...I use low discharge nimh's normally but if a CR-V3 fits I may splurge on a lithium ion rechargable...I bought a Polaroid i735 for friend for Xmas...
