Johnny - have you been able to get the thing to remember what time it is...Overall, I bought this TV because it was so cheap for a 32" model, and I'm OK with the picture, but all the quirkly usability things are making me think twice about whether the $500 savings is worth it...

However, the top 6-8 rows of pixles are always black, and occasionally I receive a line of digital noise between the displayed program and this small black bar on the top of the LCD...I understand that many sets have a service menu as well, that may address this...No information may be posted elsewhere without written permission...

3 material that doesn't distort the images too bad, the big selling point for my daughter was the QAM tumer so she doesn't have to fiddle with an antenna...Overall, I thought it was a nice unit, but I still love my Sammy 50" DLP...HD and dvd sources look great, and was surprised that SD cable looked very good as well...

Before you can reply to a message...A universal remote is useless if it can't power the TV on or off...It will ask you to repeat, so the timing must be consistent...
