I bought the Ricoh RDC-5000, last Christmas, because it was advertised as being Mac/Windows compatible with the Universal Serial Bus...After following all of the instructions on Mac connectivity, my Imac would not recognize the camera...I would recommend this to any Mac user - just remember to call and get the firmware update...
