However if you only need 1 tray it's a good deal for 11x17 laser printer...Overall the printer is louder than smaller lasers I've used before, but I thought something was broken when it kept clicking twice for each manual feed paper/envelope...Highly Recommended! (No I don't work for Ricoh, I just really like this printer...
