Samsung XL20 obviously incompatible with Apple: Mac Talk Forum: Digital Photography...

I pulled the trigger today and bought myself a Samsung XL20...The MagicTune software obviously communicates with the monitor upon initialisation (which takes forever...Seems like they had reason to put "Designed for Windows XP" and no Apple sign on the box...

And it is so easy to use with the Samsung XL20...The result looks pretty good, and colours are vibrant but not absurd...The Spyder 2 calibrated display was unable to produce good gray scales...

Looks good for the money but it was software incomplete...I would think once the color calibration is set, you are good for a long time...The LED based Adobe RGB monitors are good news, but only one cheer...
