I found the ability to manually set the white balance took little time to understand...The connections are not bad at all...You will never take a bad shot and best of all you will never lose a good shot...

You get the camcorder and you are instructed to install the software and driver before registering the product via a USB cable...Not quite bad enough for me to feel I can claim it is faulty, but nevertheless irritating...Anyway, on to my review of this camcorder now...

Also does the night vision capabilities of the Sony worth the price...I already have a digital camera that takes good photos in low light but I am looking to get a camcorder also...I don't want to carry around a huge flashlight...
