I am looking at Panasonic SDR-H200 and Sony DCR-SR300 and am in the middle of decision of which one I should buy...I have tried Panasonic SDR-H18, which is a lower end of H200 version...I didn't have a chance to try DCR-SR300...

The 300 has the ability to take 6MP stills while the 200 has the ability to take 4MP stills...The 200 would suit my needs, but if your's calls for good low light ability, the 300 might be a better option...I would say before you buy either camcorder to wait for a review from camcorderinfo.com because they do thorough testing of every camcorder and do a pretty good job...
