Doesn't Sony offer the option for manual focus...And from what I have seen it is the photographer not the camera that takes good pictures...After all if he is willing to fork out good money for a Sony, why waste time with a Pentax...

Sorry, waffling now, but I do think Sony are turning out great DSLRs and will certainly be up there sooner rather than later...I'm betting it would be closer to the A700...Don't think I'll be looking to trade in the A100 just yet, might me a tad difficult to convince the missus after just splashing out on the A700...
