I'm having some general picture problems with my player...It was a second DVD player anyway, I'll just have to pick up another one when I find a bargain...It's most notable in the black bands of letterbox films or against black backgrounds...
Although not listed in the Sony website, I believe that this DVD player does not sport component outputs...I am VERY disappointed to find that almost all manufacturers incorporated their entry-level DVD players with component outputs except SONY...I am waiting for a response from Sony about the DVP-S330 DVD player and its late arrival and lack of component outputs...
