But shortly after one year of use, in January 2000, my CPD-120 VS monitor started going on the blink...So, naturally, I thought, this is a Sony product, it must have a good warranty...If Sony really wanted to have good customer relations, they would bend over backwards to please the customer and at least offer some sort of compensation...

I purchased this monitor along with the matching purple Vaio PCV-E201 Microtower computer back in August of '98...I have pretty good vision though, so everyone might not be able to get the same results...Typically I have had bad experiences w/ Sony electronics, and the PC was pretty much a lemon, but I've never had any problems with this monitor at all...Subscribe to More Reviews...

Its a good practice to store backups off the laptop anyways and it makes it easier for moving my files from one computer to another...Touch pad and fingerprint sensor are good size and placed smartly...At 1366 by 768 you get a good deal of width for a 11" screen, although you will have to scroll up and down a little more than usual...
