Probably not good for movies as the screen is greyscale with a 'greenish' cast, not the 'paper-white' of the posher SJ20 model...Essentially, it's an old-style (one generation back) Palm with a decent screen and an expansion slot...I use a Clie SL10 because my killer app is e-book reading...I don't believe that they work on the SL10, though...

i was pretty surprised (as sony is a very fine company) but the lcds on all the sony b&w models in the store were quite bad...read about the sl10 over here and went to best buy yesterday and the sl10 lcd was not bad at all...if you are just assuming that it is as bad as the 415, you may be pleasantly surprised...Would anyone here know for certain if the Belkin keyboard...

I bought the SL10 as a replacement for my Casio E15 which ate batteries...Battery life was very good too, especially as I use it a *lot* for mobile comms, via the infrared link...The extra speed of the SL10 along with the high-res screen makes this a very powerful package and there's also a hook into the Clie Paint application...The SL10 is supplied with a semi-rigid flip front...
