I have a SONY XM SD22x that is connected to 2 12 kicker compvr subs and the amp gets real hot and the protection light comes on when im bassing out to hard...I need someone to recommend me a Kicker amp to push these 2 subs to its potential and that is 2 channel since i connect my subs to its own channel...

I know that Sony makes false advertisement on their amps...I know that the amp wont handle its full potential but hoping that it can do the job without ruining the subs and should I bridge the subs to get more power...I did some research on that sony amp and it looks like even if you bridge the amp, you should not have any worries at all...
