There no bad reviews in any Gadget or Computermagazine over here.Don't forget at this point that Sony, Acer and a lot of other brandnames float on the succes of TomTom...The POI's have been very good in my usage and I love the text to speech...Not sure about mobile mounted devices, but I know Garmin has a good website for updates and such...

I am looking for a recommendation on which product to buy...One main thing that captures me on the TT 910 is the route planner, but does the NUvi unit offer other significant advantages over the 910 other besides size...Not a huge problem at all, but the 910 is slightly easier in this regard...4) The Nuvi 660 screen is a little bit easier to read...

Not a 700 or 910 Currys tried that...I've recently purchased a Tom Tom 910 in the United States 4 weeks ago whilst on holidays and it performed brilliantly...I've tried just about everything, logged in correctly,indicated the model number, I've backed up on my laptop- but the Tom Tom 910 shopping list outlines just about every other country but not Australia...

Anyway, the TomTom 910, in theory has quite a number of interesting features...In theory, this seems like a nice feature, but in practice, that would be quite a bit of wires sticking out of the TomTom (ipod interface, audio out cable to car stereao, 12 volt cable, optional external microphone but only if the built-in microphone isn't any good...They didn't have the TomTom...
