Now I'm really digging the site redesign...If anyone has some suggestions or explaination to why these bars are there please send them/ I would love to keep this TV it has a lot of good things about it...Is it a feature that they're not tooting because it's not really that good or what...

Programming toshiba 47lz196...getting all the buttons - Remote - Programming - Logitech Forums...as to the missing commands for PIP, it's possible that you may need to learn them from the original remote control...it's also possible that you missed a 'dash' or something in the model number and got a slightly different profile...I apparently mis-programmed for my toshiba...

For what's it worth Sound and Vision mag recommends this tv in their latest issue...It is a very pretty TV with good specs and what looked to me to be a very good picture...Same issue had the Sharp 52 inch but it did not receive a recommendation...

Overall this TV has impressed me greatly as it looks and sounds very good...It comes complete with 2 remote speakers and has 3 built in speakers ( including a sub woofer) giving good quality surround sound...The TV comes complete with a stand featuring 2 small central (floating) shelves and is a good looking piece of furniture...
