I would have preferred a Mitsubishi but they don't make them...As for my experence with this retailer, No problems whats so ever.Your getting a GREAT portable DVD.If I had to write something bad it would be the sound not being as louder as I would like it to be...I had already purchased 2 of them before this one and have all the previous models...

If it were a VHS player, I would expect the tapes to come out in pieces! Not a good buy for the price I paid...Went for this one because of good reviews and larger screen...First, the good points; when I bought this player, I was very happy with it (although the buttons which looked like they were back lit when on, turned out not to be, so at night I frequently press the wrong button...
