VIZIO VW42L & JVC TH-D60: How do I hook it up to the Receiver...My mom's friend asked me to hook up her JVC TH-D60 to her VIZIO VW42L Plasma HDTV...When I hooked up the TV to the receiver no sound comes out of the speakers...I even tired hook the receiver up to the digital cable box...

My TV was missing the cleaning cloth that is supposed to come with it...Obviously any manufacturer will have lemons, but walmart has a 3 month return policy on this product with no questions asked...Very happy with this size for my family room, football looks great...
