Or maybe you already know what you definitely like and don't like...One of the guys at the shop suggested I consider a Ibanez Artcore instead because he likes their punch, but that's not what I'm looking for...It has the ultra warm, subdued jazz tone that I've been seeking that I can't even really get with my Epi and a Duncan Seth Lover in the neck position...

That is not the case with Washburn's HB30 semi hollow-body guitar...that is with good technique of course...It has one of the nicest tones for rock and metal when paired with a good distortion, as well as the most comfortable neck in it's price range (or even in comparison to more expensive guitars) to allow for speed playing...With basis on one of the older models I can honestly...
