Here is a source of transistors that I have used before that has a lot of stock and a great catalog...That is a California number so time it accordingly...if you call their [ Yamaha's ] parts dept ( 714-522-9888 ) they could tell you and they may even have the lamps in stock...

When you post a question, please summarize what you have checked, and please include voltages wherever possible...YamahaR-2000 Switch...You can pretty much forget getting any part from Yamaha on those series (way too old & even if you got any, it would proly has just as bad a contact) ---cleaning/Cramolining them is the only option & should be ok...
