a 3 and a good reason is still kinda pushing it...As for some of the low ratings where the only argument is that its not much of an improvement over the orignal clix...then it should at least deserve a higher rating because if I'm not mistaken, the original clix was one of cnets highest rated mp3 players...they are looking at pros and cons of the product they are interested in buying...
